Methode

Strip basil leaves from the stems and add to a food processor along with avocados, tofu, Pine nuts and salt; pulse until finely chopped. Add oil and process to form a thick paste.

Than put the pesto in a pan.

 

To cook pasta: start by filling a pot with water and bringing the water to a boil. Add salt and the pasta to the boiling water and wait it in for the cooking time indicates on the pasta box, making sure to stir regularly so the pasta doesn’t stick to the bottom of the pot.

When the time is past pour the entire pot into a strainer.

Then, put the pasta in the pan of pesto and cook for a few minutes.

 

Notes

Use a few leaves of basil and some slices of avocado to garnish the dish. If you like you can add pepper.
